BAUHAUS; a marriage between art and industry
The Bauhaus was founded in 1919 in Weimar as a school of Architecture and Applied Arts by the visionary and idealistic Walter Gropius. Together with great masters such as Kandinsky, Klee, Moholy Nagy and Albers he sought to improve the quality of life by making objects practical and affordable.
