3rd door of the Advent calendar
for the dough
- 200 g butter
- 200 g castor sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g flour
- some lemon zest
Beat the softened butter and sugar together then add eggs, then add the flour and lemon zest. Leave the dough to cool.
Use a meat grinder as in the picture to form your biscuits .
(Biscuits can also be shaped using a large piping bag fitted with a star nozzle)
Cool the dough again and then bake at 160°C for about 15 min.
Decorate with melted chocolate.
