Ingredients:

  • 250 g cornflour
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 vanilla pod

Preparation:

Beat the butter, icing sugar and the scraped out pulp of the vanilla pod until fluffy.

Mix the cornflour and flour together and gradually stir in.

Shape the dough into a roll, cut off evenly sized pieces and form into balls, flatten a little with a floured fork and bake at 200°C, middle shelf, for 10-12 minutes.

Carefully lift the snowflakes from the baking sheet and let them cool down.

Store in a closed container for 3-4 days before eating.
